New Mobile App for Massachusetts

MAPFRE Insurance is pleased to announce that we are upgrading our mobile app to make it easier for you to manage your policy, file claims, pay your bill, and much more! The new updates will bring all the features from the Customer Portal web version directly to your mobile device, making it easier than ever to access your policies on the go.

Have a question? You can check out the new FAQ section to see if you can quickly find your answer. Have you recently filed a claim? There is now a link to easily send us claim documents.

The new app is enhanced with a fresh new look for all mobile devices. The experience will be the same whether you access your Customer Portal through the MAPFRE Insurance website or through the app for consistency and simplicity of use.

Maybe your credit card got lost and you had to get a new one? Maybe you just want to double check when your payment is going to be drawn? Not a problem! At some point as a MAPFRE Customer any of these scenarios may come up and you can take care of all of them through the new mobile app. Also, you could get peace of mind by never having to worry about missing a payment again with the convenience of our auto pay option. Need to do something else? Access your account to quickly get your agent contact information.

As always we are committed to keeping your data safe, so rest assured that all of your personal information is protected. More features to make it easier to manage your policy will be shared in future app updates very soon.
