When policyholders in Massachusetts sign up for a MAPFRE account, here are the things you can do:

If you are a Massachusetts policyholder and don’t have a MAPFRE account yet, creating one is simple. All you need is the insured’s policy number, name, date of birth, and zip code to get started.

Will I be notified when new policy documents are available?

You will receive email notifications when your new policy is ready, when you add an endorsement, when a payment is late, and if your policy has lapsed.

Can documents be easily printed from my online account?

Documents in your account can be easily viewed, downloaded, and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF).

How long do documents stay in my account?

Documents will always stay in your account but will display by the most recent policy term.

Will my information be secure?

MAPFRE uses industry-standard encryption such as Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) so that data between your device and MAPFRE servers is unreadable to unauthorized parties.

MAPFRE also uses industry standard authentication protocols like OAuth 2.0, coupled with stringent access controls, to verify the identity of users and prevent unauthorized access.

In addition, MAPFRE supports biometric authentication methods such as fingerprint recognition and facial recognition to safely verify the identity of users and reduce the reliance on traditional password-based authentication.
